THE TENDENCY OF A BODY TO STAY IN ITS STATE OF MOTION IS CALLED INERTIA.SO WHEN THE TYRE STARTS MOVING THE PARTICLES WILL HAVE A TENDENCY TO MOVE TANGENTIALLY(ANY OBJECT MOVING IN A CIRCULAR PATH HAS A TENDENCY TO ,MOVE IN A STRAIGHT LINE IN THE DIRECTION OF ROTATION).
