Water, Tin sheets don't have much capability to absorb the sunlight whereas the tree cm absorb a lot of sunlight and heat .But actually there comes a time where the tree itself stops absorbing Then only it starts heating and the leaves get hot whereas the branches an other parts don't get hot as they are surrounded by the leaves .And we can't touch the leaves of a tree because they ate at height But this can be experienced by a shrub.
