when we are suffering from cold our nose is blocked and so the olfactory bulb also is blocked ,there are nerve endings in the nose which also dont work properly so we dont get a good sense of taste or smell during cold

because whate ever we eat , their taste are dependend in what we smell. So, when we suffer from cold our nose block thatswhy we unable to taste.
