The straited mucles form nearly 50 percent of the entire body. The flesh in our body is made up of straited muscles.
so, we call straited muscles as a syncytium.Synncytium are multinucleated cells.

striated muscles are multi nucleated.....they coordinate to carry out a function, hence they are called as synctium
