Second childhood is an informal phrase used to describe adults whose declining mental capabilities mean they need care similar to that ofchildren. It is an unscientific term, similar in meaning to the old terms dotage or senility. The current scientific term is senile dementia.

It's true that old age is known as the second childhood because their are many similarities between our old age activities and childhood activities like there is not much stress and we don't have many more tension of studies. We only enjoy our life and don't do much work.
