Why do we consider bacteria as plant give two reasons?

As plants, Bacteria is capable of producing its own food through Photosynthesis process but not all Bacteria can do this process and also they have cell wall as plant cell. The different is that, Bacteria is a prokaryotic single celled organisms on the contrary Plant cell is Eukaryotic malticellular organism
