Why do we consider bacteria as plant give two reasons?

As plants, Bacteria is capable of producing its own food through Photosynthesis process but not all Bacteria can do this process and also they have cell wall as plant cell. The different is that, Bacteria is a prokaryotic single celled organisms on the contrary Plant cell is Eukaryotic malticellular organism

Bacteria are prokaryotes, that is to say, that the membrane-bound nucleus is absent. Consequently, yeast and bacteria cannot be categorized as plants as they do not have the characteristics that are commonly found in plants.
