We cry when we suffer through some sort of emotion, which isnt pleasant and we dont like it or mainly when we are deppresed or hated, tears are not only produced when we are sad but also when we are extremely happy. Its due to the hormones that are present in our body, they react to it and produce tears, in form of emotion whether it is a Happy or bad one. We feel really better after we crying, your eyes feel kind of fresh, and you may look towards a fresh start.
