Peas is very low in saturated fat, cholesterol and sodium. It has high values of vitamin A, protein, vitamins A,B6,K, Riboflavin, thiamin and manganese. 
Groundings are very good sources of energy. They are rich in carbohydrates, proteins and they increase the good cholesterol in our body which is necessary. They are also rich in vitamin E and minerals.
because of these nutritive value, we eat both peas and groundnuts either by boiling them or by roasting them.
