Why do we excrete urine more in winter than in summer?
amity2654:
in summer the environment is warm so our body excrete water from the bady as sweat to maintain the temperature of the body and in winter the environment is cold then no sweat is excreated to maintain the temp. of the body. due to not much loss of water from the body the water is directly urinated out

I think the main reason is that we sweat less than in summer and lose less water this

In summer, the body loses water in the form of sweat. So the secondary capillaries try to absorb more water from the glomerular filtrate allowing less water to be sent out as urine.
In winter, we don't lose water in the form of sweat. So the secondary cappilaries absorb less water from the glomerular filtrate allowing more water to be sent out as urine.
