Why do we exist?
A far more important consideration would be to define the concept of "meaning"? If we understand and define the nature of meaning, many other understandings will follow. Meaning is a product of the evolution of the homo sapiens brain, a side effect of the ability to reason. Yet the concept and term have no equivalents in nature that we know of. Nature as far as we know has no "meaning". Therefore "meaning" can only be considered as a product of human reasoning, a flaw in human rationalization and logic, a delusion, an artificial conclusion fitting a human need to understand and to know. Human meanings are almost always self serving and when observed objectively usually without substance. "Meaning" is a human emotional attachment to an idea or belief, where no such relationship exists in nature.
