Why do we fall ill different types of diseases?

we fall ill due to many reasons and forms...

for example...from

1.Insects =like mosquitoes

2.Humans =infected persons

3.Water,air ,touch,sneeze, etc will also cause diseases. ..to a healthy person. ..

We also get some diseases like AIDS by having a sexual contact with the infected person..

It also comes from different means when a unhealthy or infected person sneezes or coughs ...in front of healthy person..the viruses get transferred and make them fall ill. ...

Specially diseases affect us in rainy and winter season...so we have to take proper care about us and our surrounding. ..as we know. ..
