 \huge \bold {Answer:}
We fall ill because of the bacterias and viruses which enter our body through various mediums of our body.
These pathogens can enter the body through the air we breathe, the food and drink we consume or through openings in the skin, such as cuts. Non-infectious diseases aren't caused by pathogens and can't be spread person-to-person.

Moreover, lack of nutritious diet/balanced diet and lack of public health services can also lead to diseases

For vector-borne infections we can prevent exposure by providing clean environment. (b) By boosting the immune system: Our immune system plays an important role in fighting against the microbes that enter our body. strengthening the immune system can help in preventing many diseases.
