Why do we fall in forward direction when the moving bus brakes to a stop, and fall back ward when it accelarates froM rust

Because Either ya have substantially enough inertial mass or you are a balloon !

Every person has some mass and due to
that, he/she has some inertia,when we're
travelling in a car or a bus we have some
momentum because of our mass and the
velocity at which the bus is travelling and
when it stops, our momentum is reduced
to zero in very less time. Now,because our
momentum was reduced in a very less
time we may fall in the forward direction.
Hope I was specific and clear
so i hope this is help of you

The passengers in a bus tend to fall backward when it starts suddenly due to inertia as the passengers tend to remain in the state of rest while the bus starts to move. When the bus stops suddenly, people fall forward because their inertia as they are in state of motion even when the bus has come to rest.
