Here's ur answer.....

The long tentacles trailing from thejellyfish body can inject you with venom from thousands of microscopic barbed stingers. Jellyfish stings vary greatly inseverity. Most often they result inimmediate pain and red, irritated marks on the skin. Some jellyfish stings may cause more whole-body (systemic) illness.

Hope it helps......;););)

Explanation:

The tentacles of the jellyfish contain cells that are special and are known as cnidocytes.

In these cells there are structures known as nematocysts which are full of venom.

When these structures are triggered by touch they shoot out and takes a very short time to penetrate human skin.

Once this venom is injected into the skin the pain, redness and blistering begins.
