Why do We feel cold when we put ice on our hand

We feel cold when we touch an object or matter like ice at a lower temperature than our body temperature.

This is because the surface of our hand is hotter than ice and when we put ice on it. It does take the latent heat from our hand and turns into liquid and makes our hand cool.
