Why do we feel cold when we touch a piece of ice.why

The reason is that there is difference in the temperature of both the bodies.Our normal body temperature is 37 C where as ice exist in solid state at 0 C..therefore due to difference in temperatures..when we touch ice it feels cold

here we losing heat energy nd ice is gaining heat energy..so this is the reason we feel cool when we touch ice.....
