that's why we feel cool when
we sit under fan.

When we lie under the fan in the summer season, we feel relax and comfortable, because a fan raises the frequency of evaporation of perspiration or moisture from our body and makes our body to remain cool. In other words, the cool air vanishes all the sweat developing out of our body (through foramina) and so makes us appear cooler.
