as per the law of thermodynamics heat energy, transferred from high Temperature to low Temperature till both became same temp. in this case ice is at 0 degree temp and ur hand at more than 0 degree so heat transferred from ur body to ice ur body releases energy became cool. same thing happen when we eat ice cream our mouth became coo
