Since,staying inside the AC makes one to feel cool and it has also so many disadvantages.The air from it makes our skin very cool and dry. So,when coming outside of the AC,we feel hotness.And temperature is also one of the reason as the temperature will be high outside.

It is extremely drying to the air. The moisture from your skin evaporates too quickly. This makes your body cool more readily. As a result , you feel cold.
