It is due to buoyant force.Water exerts an upward force on all the objects immersed in it. Gravitational force of attraction of earth acts in downward direction but water exerts an upward force on our body when we standing in water , so we feel light.

It is all because of Archimede's principal . When we stand on our feet then then the area is less and results in high pressure and when we standing in a pool , at the time archimede's principal works as our body feels lighter because at that time the wieght of the body is the weight of the liquid displaced by our body .
