This buoyant force makes us feel lighter in water, as it 'lifts' us up. Literally. So the net gravitational force in water is LESS than that on ground because of the buoyant force. When we come out of the pool or any water body, our body suddenly feels the normal gravitational force.

it's because of drive beyont force makes you suppose lighter within the water as it is normally works in opposition to the gravity and Archimedes principle water exerts and upward force on all the object immersed in it gravitational drive of payment of earth act in downward direction Hawa water exerts and outward drive on our physics once we stand in water so we supposed gentle.
