Everyone gets a little down when the days shorten and the nights turn cold, and there's none of that warm sun with that light breeze hugging your shoulders when you wear a sun dress or a tank top. Even though, it's probably the last thing you want to do; exercise is exactly what you have to do. It helps your mind by releasing those "feel good chemicals" that improve your mood. It gives you energy, helps with stress and can turn your day around. Even just a simple 30 min walk can do the trick. Believe it or not, I run twice a day on the winter season because it helps me keep happy, active, motivated and all-round feeling great.
