We may feel nauseated when we go deep into the water because when the pressure increases the depth also increases. And the internal organs become unbalanced causing nausea.

Answer:

We feel nauseated when we go
deep into the water because of the Hydrostatic Pressure.

Explanation:

There is a difference in pressure on land and underwater.
Pressure is the force applied to an object from all sides. When an object is on land this force is exerted by air. While going into water this force is caused by water from all sides, which would be greater than the air. Every 100 meters deep in water, the pressure doubles than that on land.
This Hydrostatic Pressure or difference in pressure causes nausea. The initial effect would be on our ear pressure.
The human body has certain air pockets such as lungs and air-filled space in the head. When the pressure increases it would compress these air spaces and would crush the body.
