because hair are also the part of our body therefore we feel pain when the hair on our skin is black the out because it is very hardy attached to our skin and I can explain with the help of an example also if we cut a stem of a tree from a large tree then and when we will cut the stamp is sound will come that sound is of the hurting of the stem and the tree and hence when we pluck a stain from a tree both 3 and the stem gets hurted
