This explains that rainy day malaise of wanting to sit on the couch and destroy a bag of fried snacks and then pass out from gluttony. But because of this increased desire to do nothing, our bodies create less serotonin, which in turn affects our mood – so SAD makes people feel sad.

if rain starts I run toward roof top and start dancing in rain

it depends on our personallity i think...

1. if there is happened something with us or we feel like we're missing someone so our mood goes from happy to sad..
2. and there are instruments and many things related to us which shows us something or remind of something..so we feel sad or feel like to cry...
