Actually it is true that conservation is now the need of hour because nowadays people are becoming greedy and using the resources without taking any safety measures due to which the resources which are the gift of nature to us are exhausting very rapidly.
And as our ancestors were not so much greedy they used these resources with care and judiciously.
So for future generations there are less resources left to be used so to give future generations more resources we are conserving the left over resources
