When humidity in the summer is very high then we feel really uncomfortable.

Main reason is that the humidity in the atmosphere is quite high in temperature so that the summer season makes us to sweat with easily making us to feel more uncomfortable.

Higher humidity makes the water vapor with air contains warm air to hold moisture than the cooler air.

Answer:Humidity is uncomfortable because it holds moisture to our bodies, not allowing us to cool. ... Normally, this wet (and stinky) process is the body's way of cooling itself off, but when high humidity turns that heat sticky, you can start to feel uncomfortable because the sweat has nowhere to go.
