Our Earth is completely enclosed by air upto height of 300km.This envolve of air we call it as atmosphere which consist of many gases like N2,O2,CO2 etc.
The weight of these gases exert thrust on earth.
The air Thrust on unit area of earth is called as atmospheric pressure. It is about 10⁵N/m².
The average thrust on human body =2x10⁵ N/m²

"But we don't feel this huge tremendous pressure because of our blood also exerts pressure outwards. "
The human blood pressure is slightly more than the atmospheric pressure. Our blood pressure tries to balance the atmospheric pressure.
