this phenomena is because of the evaporation.

as the evaporation take place below the boiling point, that's why the hot soup start evaporating. the liquid soap start changing into the vapour and later it get condensed on the underside of that plate.


and when it it get condensed it changes into the liquid state. that's why we see the water droplets.
