WHY DO WE GET A SHOCK WHEN WE TOUCH A PLASTIC CHAIR WHICH IS BEATEN BY A CLOTH CONTINUOUSLY FOR 30SEC. AND THE PERSON SITTING ON IT DOES NOT GET THE SHOCK​

This happens because current is generated by hitting and we touch it at the flow of current that's why we get a shock but while sitting the current disappears and no shock is felt.
