WHEN THE WATER VAPOUR PRESENT IN THE AIR COMES IN CONTACT WITH A COLD SURFACE, IT GETS CONDENSES TO FORM WATER DROPLETS. THAT IS WHY WE GET DEW ON THE SURFACE OF A COLD SOFT DRINK BOTTLE KEPT ON AIR.

When water vapour present in the atmosphere come in contact with the cold surface of cold soft-drinks, they lose their kinetic energy and get condensed on the surface. When more and more water molecules condense, the size increases and they appear as small water droplets on the surface. (Those water droplets are the dew.)
