But on the other hand when we run, or do any kinds of exercises, our body gets tired up. So our body needs more oxygen to maintain the energy. To provide more energy ie, to provide more oxygen, heart needs more blood flow. So that's the reason why the heart beats at a fast rate when running or doing something.
