why do we get instant energy from glucose

glucose is a simple sugar. Glucose can easily dissolve in our blood and hence when glucose is taken it does not need to be digested and thus gets absorbed quickly.

we get instant energy from glucose because our body break down food in to simple glucose but when we take glucose it can become easy to body to digest it fastly
