Because when we drink glucose water the glucose goes into our digestion system and then the acids are reacted upon the glucose which then gets converted into starch and breaks down during he breakage of he glucose heat energy is released which is absorbed by our body and stored in the energy reserves where we can use them whenever we want...!!!
