We get muscle cramps due to the secretion of lactic acid in muscles. When we exercise, due to intense work given to muscles the secretion of lactic acid increases even more this causes heavy muscle cramps.
Therefore, we should not do heavy exercise and we must avoid exercising while having a muscle cramp
