Why do we get muscle cramps after heavy exercise class 10?

muscles get Crump because our respiration becomes faster.

Heya,

When we do vigorous exercise, our body requires instant energy and it is filled through anaerobic respiration. As anaerobic respiration is a two-step process, it gives energy much faster. Hence, This makes the muscle cells to break down glucose to produce lactic acid and energy. Since a lot of lactic acid gets accumulated in our muscles, this causes muscle cramps.
