we get our muscle cramp because of in aerobic respiration in which glucose is broken down in the form of lactic acid and Ethyl alcohol with out the presence of oxygen

When we do heavy exercise the amount of oxygen reduces in our body due to which the oxygen cann't travel to the muscles nd our muscle need energy so it breakdown the glucose in the absence of oxygen and form lactic acid nd because its presence our muscles start paining
