When an aerobic respiration takes place in our muscles and glucose is converted into lactic acid because of the lack of oxygen. muscle cramps are caused.
they can be relieved by hot water bath or massage because this increases the blood circulation which increases the supply of oxygen.

Due to so much exercise the need of oxygen increses due to which our body. lacks oxygen now in order to produce oxygen another path for breakdown of pyruvate is chosen in which Lactic acid is formed this formation of Lactic acid results in muscular cramps
