Why do we get relief from cramps after a hot water bath or an oil massage in the affected area?

hot water give relief because .................it is a substance which is hot and heat gives relief to pain and cramps and use oil it goes under the skin and gives relief
The correct answer is...
the hot or warm substance when put on the skin, stimulate the circulation of blood... and when the blood circulation is high, the organ receives more blood supply and hence more oxygen level... this helps replaces the lactic acid which causes the cramps... and ur legs stops hurting...
