Normally our bodies produce almost 1 litre of sweat per day, however most of this evaporates as soon as it is produced so we don’t notice it. The body produces more sweat during exercise or in warmer environments in order to help cool us down. If a person exercised very hard in the heat they could produce up to 10 litres of sweat in a day.
