Why do we get urgers for mausterbation and why does our balls become heavy

The reason is that the testis produces the sperms.

If not ejaculated then they get stored in the epididymis.

After few days therefore an urge for masturbation or ejaculation of the sperms occurs. This is not always the case as sometimes the sperms get degenerated inside the body
