why do we have nightmare! and during a nightmare why we cant move our body??????​

Nightmares occur if there is something in our mind which terrifies the wits out of us. If you are getting frequent nightmares , try to get that fear away from you.

We cant move our body because we get too absorbed in our nightmare.
