Why do we have to write the notice in a box?

notices r meant to be posted on walls or on boards most of the times.....n notice needs to be upto the point what it tells, any sort of elaboration is not good there....so it becomes neat when notices are written in a box.

We have to write the notice in the box the notice don't get tore by anyone also it is visible to everyone
