Why do we keep milk in refrigerators during summers

If we keep milk in refrigerators during summers it will not spoil
If keep in hot outside some bacteria growth and chemical changes would take place

If we not kept milk in refrigerators the bacteria name lacto ballicus start causing and milk get warmth so for this resaon we have to keep milk in refrigerators
