A Constitution helps serve as a set of rules and principles that all persons in a country can agree upon as the basis of the way in which they want the country to be governed. The constitution also spells out the ideals the citizens believe that their country should uphold. A constitution is a body of fundamental principles or established precedents according to which a state or other organization is acknowledged to be governed.

We need a constitution because without it the state or country would be in a state of anarchy and also the government would be disorderly. A constitution protects our freedoms.
The constitution is the law about laws. Without it, congress could pass any stupid law they wanted. We wouldn’t even have a functional supreme court, because the job of the supreme court is to decide what is constitutional, and what is not constitutional. The constitution protects our rights, and limits the powers of the federal government. Those things are good and necessary, so yes, we need a constitution.PLEASE MARK MY ANSWER BRAINLIEST AND HOPE THIS ANSWER HELPS YOU!!!!
