democratic country needs a constitution because: ... AConstitution tells us the fundamental nature of our society. A Constitutionhelps serve as a set of rules and principles that all persons in a country can agree upon as the basis of the way in which they want the country to be governed.

1) A constitution ensures that no bad decisions are taken by the leader.
2)A democracy rules within the limits set by constitutional law and people enjoy certain rights and freedoms reserved for them.
3)People have freedom of speech and expression,right to protest against governmental policies and freedom of religion,etc.
