A constitution helps to serve as a set of rules and principles that all persons in a country can agree upon as the basis of the way in which they want the country to be governed. The constitution also spells out the ideas the citizen believe that their country should upload..

Constitution is a set of rules and regulation according to which a government runs

We need constitution because

1.It generate a degree of trust and co-ordination between different kind of people to live together

2.It limits government power

3.It tells people about their functions

4.It expresses the aspiration of the people about creating a good society

5.It specifies constituent government and their functions

It took 2 years 11 months 18 days to frame a constitution

Constitution was ready by 26th November 1949 but it was implemented on 26th January 1950
