constitution in a democracy is needed because in democracy people are free to express their views. Of people start expressing views, the views may differ from person to person. A constitution is needed so that there is a set of rules on which we can make the other rules. if not, people may come down even to fight for their opinion. A constitution is made so that people may adhere to the rules and in a peaceful way,the people express their views.
