If there is no constitution, who is going to look after the terms and conditions/regulations of the state or country.

rash driving, no traffic rule, more accidents,no basic rights such as education right to speech right to acknowledge, right to understand what's going on within the govt.... etc

2 people should know about thier rights by the constitution
