why do we need democracy?explain.

Democracy me need to provide Equal type of behavior to one and all, o provide freedom to one and all.
democracy is a government "of the people, by the people, and for the people."

we need democracy for many reasons but few reasons are :

1. for free and fair elections and for election right.
2. for many equality rights for all the people of an country.
3. for many economic equalities.
